The machine consists of a single track motor drive capable of feeding one or two cored wires individually or together.

The IA-IF100 is equipped with a set of pinch rolls and intermediate guides and supports to deliver cored wire to the treatment zone in exact lengths.

The IA-IF100 will feed wire at speeds up to 100 metres per minute.

The control console comprises:

• Digital display of total length and feeding speed of wire batch

• Ability to feed two wires together

• Test cycling

• Creep facility

• Safety guard interlock

Twin strand cored wire feeder for horizontal or vertical axis coils.

The machine consists of a double track heavy duty motor drive capable of feeding two cored wires individually or together.

The IA-IF2 is equipped with a double set of pinch rolls and intermediate guides and supports to deliver
cored wire to the treatment zone in exact lengths.

The IA-IF2 will feed wire at speeds up to 400 metres per minute.

The control console comprises: • Digital display of total length and feeding speed of wire batch • Ability to preset both strands for feed rate and final inspection lengths • Ability to feed two wires individually • Ability to feed two wires together • Test cycling • Creep facility • Auto retract • Safety guard interlock

Four strand cored wire feeder for horizontal or vertical axis coils.

The machine consists of a double track heavy duty motor drive capable of feeding four cored wires individually or together in pairs.

The IA-IF4 is equipped with two double sets of pinch rolls and intermediate guides and supports to deliver cored wire to the treatment zone in exact lengths.

The IA-IF4 will feed wire at speeds up to 400 metres per minute.

The control console comprises: • Digital display of total length and feeding speed of wire batch • Ability to preset both strands for feed rate and final inspection lengths • Ability to feed four wires individually • Ability to feed two wires together • Test cycling • Creep facility • Auto retract • Safety guard interlock
